Over the years, we had multiple plumbers look at the issue and only provided temporary fixes or elaborate replacements. His services and prices are fair for what you get in return.

Jason is a good guy and a great plummer. He put water lines and waist lines for a 3 piece bathroom plus a washer dryer hook up. Worked around my drop ceiling down stairs so it wouldn't be easier for me to put back up. He also fixed plumbing for the previous owner so it would pass inspection. Jason was here when he said he would be. He has a great personality. His work is meticulous. Price's were much lower then other companies. I would recommend him highly

I had a problem that was caused by Home Depot which Kings Custom Plumbing promptly took care of for me. He properly installed the drain hose from my new dishwasher and made sure that it performed like it is supposed to and that there were no leaks. This is the second time that he has taken care of a plumbing issue for my home. I highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs!

Great experience! We had a non-emergency water heater replacement and, initially, got a quote from another local company for electric 50-gallon plus water softener system. We thought it was WAY too high and turns out we were right. King Custom Plumbing gave us the same options at literally almost 50% of the cost the other guys quoted (not even joking). When they realized we had natural gas available they also added an estimate for tankless just to let us know it was on the table but it was very low pressure. We were super surprised how much more affordable it was going to be then we thought (we were to scared to even bring it up with the other guys we got the first estimate from because we were pretty much to our max budget with the option that included the electric water tank). When we thought about the cost savings in energy, the longevity of a tankless system (Navien), along with the price, logistically it is a great investment. They did a excellent job assessing the project; installation went very well with minimal impact on to our household routines. And now, since we don't have a bulky water heater and they were able to install the treatment system in an out-of-the-way place, we also have more room in our basement, so added bonus.

Most 24 hour service people don’t seem as eager to help when it is late at night. He fixed the issue with right away and offered a little extra advice to help for later. Top tier service no question. Call Jason if you ever need any plumbing service. Fast and reliable service. Used his services multiple times. We had a issue that every time we flushed we had sewer dropping to the basement. Come to find out there was a sewer pipe in the basement ceiling that had rusted out. He was able to fix the issue quickly. Our recent issue was the hot water heater timer. After a social media post that I was looking for someone to fix it, He reached out and said he would take care of it today. Within a hour Jason and his helper Brady showed up fixed the hot water heater timer. Im very happy with the quality of work.

I cannot say enough about the service of Kings Custom Plumbing. I developed a big water leak in my home and one of the large corporate plumbers came out TWICE and couldn't find the problem in three hours. That plumber cut holes in my wall looking for the solution. After living all weekend without water in my house, we called Jason. He walked in and literally within five minutes he discovered a leaking hose to our refrigerator. He said it was the first thing the other plumber should have checked. Jason said it was such an easy call and was so quick, he wouldn't bill us even though it was an early Sunday morning.

I called Jason on a Wednesday afternoon about our toilet and he came by Wednesday evening and quickly got our toilet fixed. He was very responsive and quick to show up. We will absolutely be using him in the future.

Jason had made what we thought was impossible, possible. Our water heater went out and we were prepared to just replace in kind, however, he expanded our mindsets and truly upgraded our system. We went from electric to gas and are trilled with the end result. Jason answered the phone at 7:30am He came to my rental the next morning ( Christmas Eve) to diagnose the problem. He didn’t charge anything for coming out and diagnosing. He showed up at 8 o’clock in the morning the day after Christmas, exactly as he said he would. He fixed the problem and left the place spotless.
